In this life-changing prophetic dream from 2013, the Holy Spirit led me to bind a vicious wolf spirit that had been stalking and tormenting my life since childhood. The Lord dealt with the demon in a DREAM.
God still uses dreams today. Dreams are more than your imagination while sleeping, they are spiritual places, encounters, and a means of spiritual communication between you and the spirit world. You spend half your life sleeping and in dreams, whether you remember the dreams or not, you dream, and your dreams are important. It's vital to pray over your sleep.
In this dream, my husband called me on the phone and told me that his "FRIEND" who needed our help would come knocking on the door. He told me to let him in and take care of him. This "friend" was actually a demon.
In my dream, I was busy, working, taking care of this and that, and trusted my husband, so because of my distractions with the cares of this world, I had no discernment, thus I agreed with my husband to open the door and allow the enemy to enter our house because I thought he was a friend.
In real life, sin was the door that opened, and the demon that walked through was a killer given access by our sinful pleasure that pretended to be harmless. But the Bible says that sin is deceitful and it's end is death.
"... if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it." (Genesis 4:7)
THE ENEMY BOUND US... THEN CAME KNOCKING
The opportune time came for the demon to come knocking on the door. (Luke 4:13) I was busy upstairs. My visitors in the house (friends & relatives) alerted me that someone was knocking on my door. Because I was busy upstairs I gave the visitors permission to open the door and let the expected "Friend" inside the house.
WE LET HIM IN... WE THOUGHT HE WAS A FRIEND
When they opened the door, there was a young man standing there. He looked attractive, but mischievous. They let him in. As soon as this so-called "friend" (demon) entered, he started causing serious trouble among the people in the house. He had a bad attitude and a constant wicked smirk on his face. He clearly enjoyed the trouble he caused. He was causing strife and division. He was annoying and vexing people. The entire household was in disorder and agitation all caused by this "Man" that my husband sent us.
THE DEMON WOULD NOT LEAVE
The people in my house kept coming to me with complaints about him. I knew it was time to kick this trouble maker OUT! I had no idea how hard that would actually be. I had no idea that I just let in an exceedingly wicked spirit who quickly formed a stronghold and got a foothold.
I commanded him to get out of my house. He absolutely refused. I couldn't make him leave. He continued causing more and more trouble until the condition of my house was really bad. I knew that if I didn't get him out, my house would continue to get worse until it was utterly destroyed.
MY HUSBAND ABSENT FROM THE DREAM
He was no where to be found the rest of my dream.
THE QUEST TO FIND THE DEMON'S PATH TO MY HOUSE
I set out on the quest to find the demon's path to my house. I left my children in the care of those in my house. I couldn't just kick this Man (demon) out. I tried and failed. I knew that I had to go on a short quest to discover the path he took to get to our house. I had to dig deep, examine, search and explore my life and everything around me to discover how and why this trouble maker came to my door. My husband sending him was not the beginning of this demons journey to our house. My husband was just the demons opportunity and the door by which he entered.
"Let us examine and probe our ways, and let us return to the LORD." (Lamentations 3:40)
Suddenly, I was outside far from home on a sidewalk. I was at the place of the demons first step toward us. I began my journey back home as I traced all the demons foot prints toward my house.
"Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith! Examine yourselves!" (2 Corinthians 13:5)
DECEIVER WHO GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS
"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see if they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1)
On this journey I encountered a Man who claimed he could help me. He looked like a godly man I knew in appearance, but distorted a bit, and had the appearance of a homeless person. There was something not quite right about him. Although I was moving from faith to faith and coming out of my blind state of mind, I didn't have good discernment, or I would have walked past this deceiver (2 Peter 2:1).
He represented a false prophet and false prophecy. He represented a sugar coated gospel, powerless and dead... feeding me what I needed to hear, but without power.
HE GAVE ME A WOODEN BOARD
The man told me about my quest. He told me that the man in my house had become a vicious and exceedingly wicked creature. He gave me a piece of wood to battle this demon. He told me to wave it at the creature in my house and that is how I would be victorious against it. I took the wood and left the man.
I RAN HOME TO MY CHILDREN
I was now very nervous about this creature in my house. I knew the trouble-making "Friend" had been exposed. He was no friend at all. The mask was now removed. He was already exposed and had no reason to remain veiled. He was manifested for who he really was... an exceedingly wicked spirit... a raging, vicious monster lose in my home. My kids were in that house. I ran home to get there as fast as I could.
MY DILAPIDATED & HAUNTED HOUSE
When I got back to my house, the condition was much worse. It had quickly deteriorated into a run-down, dilapidated shack. What was once a strong house had suddenly become brittle, weak and haunted all because this demon had entered it. There was no color to it. It was crooked and breaking. The house oozed fear because of the wicked spirit that dwelt within. It had become the abode of a demon... and we were trapped inside.
DISEASE OF FEAR & DARKNESS
The atmosphere inside was thick with the torment of fear. The disease of evil and decay had consumed my walls and the possessions of my home. Foul things crept within the textured darkness of this house. My so-called friends and family members who were babysitting my children had already fled from the demon, having forsaken my children to the terror this creepy house. I entered the house and embraced them.
THE HORROR STORY BEGAN
"I know that after I leave, savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock." (Acts 20:29)
I grabbed my children close and held onto them. Now, it was just me and them... and the Demon my husband told me to let inside. We were trapped within this haunt of shabby boards. Forsaken in the darkness of fear. No body to help me. The battle of survival commenced. The horror story began.
THE EVIL CREATURE IN MY HOUSE
In the darkness of my home I continually saw its face. I saw the unmasked demon. A wolf. He lurked and hunted in secret, for wolves are keener in darkness. (Habakkuk 1:8) He preyed upon us. He was no longer the annoying and vexing man in our face, but a lurking shadow... he was a deadly, terrifying Wolf. His mission was not to annoy me, but to utterly devour me and my children. Fear was the air in its lungs. Terror was the poison of its fangs. Torment was its aura.
IT WAS LIKE A WEREWOLF
It had muscular arms and legs like a man, but hairy and beastly. Inch long, course dark hair covered its body. It could walk on two legs or crawl on all fours. It had a long dog-like snout, exceedingly wicked eyes and long, sharp, hungry, saliva dripping teeth. It thirsted for my blood. It had such strong arms and legs. Its entire body was incredibly muscular. It had very long, very sharp claws.
THE MISSION OF THE DEMON
It's desire and mission was to kill and utterly destroy me and my posterity forever. I didn't have time to come up with battle strategy. All I could do was survive the continuous and dangerous attacks from this Demon. The demonic creature was restless, tireless, determined, and filled with the strongest most devoted hatred for me that I've ever seen in my life.
THE DEMON DWELT IN THE BASEMENT
While in my home, this Wolf demons domain was my basement. It came up out of the basement only at very specific times and days. When it came up, we were filled with dark terror. In desperation I grabbed that little wooden board that the homeless man had given me. I remembered what he said and I clung to it. I waved this board at the demon and the demon seemed not to like it, and backed away from it back down into the basement, then I slammed the iron door shut and bolted it. There was no victory at all with the wood board, but I clung to it, because it was the only thing that made this demon go back to the basement.
THE DEAD WOOD BOARD
Long after the dream, the Lord taught me that the board was symbolic of two things: first anything and everything I used to distract and comfort me when the spirit of fear was attacking me. Sugar coated gospel lies, fake Christian tv, ear tickling prophecies, food, entertainment, cozy TV, driving trips, running away, moving, shopping, smoking cigarettes (I quit in 2013), ect… literally whatever succeeded in getting me through the moment. This was the DEAD WOOD BOARD. It worked a little. It succeeded in helping only a little, but the fear situation got to a point where the board no longer worked in this way.
"Having a form of godliness, but denying its power... from such, turn away." (2 Timothy 3:5)
THE DEMON TRIED TO ALLURE MY CHILDREN
The demon would peer out through a rectangular hole in the basement door. We always saw it's hungry eyes. From that place it continued to allure my children one at a time to the door and would work hard to convince them to open the door and let it out. When I noticed my children by the iron door listening to the evil whisperings of this foul spirit, I would run and snatch them up and scold them for going near the door, but they were toddlers and easy allured. Many times I grabbed them up just before the demon reached through the hole to drag them to the basement.
I CALLED MY PASTOR
"He who is a hired hand... who is not the owner of the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and scatters them." (John 10:12)
I called my Pastor at the time to come help me. He came, but he would not step foot even on my yard. He would NOT come in and help me. I watched from within the prison of my house as he walked past with some men from the church and said, "There is great evil in that house." Then he very quickly walked away and forsook me. He didn't care that I was trapped inside with my children. He was horrified, awestruck and afraid.
THE WORLD NEEDS REAL HEROES
"Behold, I send you out as lambs in the midst of wolves." (Luke 10:3)
Many helpless people are locked inside longing deeply for someone to care enough to help... to be selfless and brave enough to embark on a mission to help them find deliverance and salvation... or maybe just to show that they are actually loved. Love sets the captives free. This world is found wanting for heroes.
I FINALLY THREW OUT THE WOOD
I continued to grow and move from faith to faith all by myself. Finally, I moved to a level of faith and understanding in Jesus Christ that caused me to take a good look at the piece of dead wood I had. I looked at it. Then I threw it OUT of my house! This was the beginning of the deliverance of my house and the bringing down of the stronghold of that demon.
THE DUNGEON BENEATH MY HOUSE
"If anyone comes to you, but doesn't bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house..." (2 John 1:10)
"And Jesus said, 'Take heed that no man deceive you.'" (Matthew 24:4)
The dead wood had been cast out of my life. The enemy's plan was in danger, so the devil sent another man to my house. This man came in the form of a heroic concerned helper. The very thing I longed for! He said he was sent to help me in my fight against the evil creature in my house.
Beware... Satan will play on the longings of your heart. He searches out your weaknesses and tries to take you out through them. My loneliness and desperate desire for a strong godly pastor/father figure/ husband figure/ preacher hero was the weakness the enemy got in through right here to tempt me to turn to the enemy for help. But you cannot fight satan with satan.
He took me by the hand and led me down into a dungeon in my house. I didn't know that I had a dungeon in my house. This was not the basement where the demon was bound at times. It was separate... deeper... darker... I was led through corridors of generational bondage. This went further back than my own personal existence. It was generational history, sin, demons and WITCHCRAFT. I come from generations of witchcraft.
The basement was damp and creepy. The dungeon was much worse. The man brought me into a room deep in the dungeon and showed me something... something exceeding evil and powerful.
I REFUSED TO SUMMON EVIL
He showed me a bound and sleeping demon which was chained as if dead beneath strange waters. Its appearance was that of a wild woman about 15 feet tall, with wild hair and ragged clothes. It was laying face up beneath chest deep water. It was bound in many, many chains.
The man said to me, "This can help you defeat the creature loose in your house. This can help you in your battle." Then he raised his hand and caused a terrifying simulation of the rising of this demon.
The demon rose up out of the water screaming like a banchee and raising its arms in the air. Exceeding wickedness emanated from this foul spirit.
I was filled with the Spirit of God and commanded that demon to go back down to its chains and to never wake from its sleep. Then I looked at the deceiver who led me to it and rebuked him. I told him that I would never summon that demon or release it from its chains! I commanded that man to leave my house and never come back. He left and never came back.
THE COUNTER ATTACK... DESPERATE TO DESTROY
When I came back upstairs, the raging wolf lunged at me from cloaks of darkness. I quickly raised up my shield, which was the name of Jesus and stopped it inches short of tearing off my face.
Like poisonous gas, fear was its aura and my hindrance. The frustrated wrath in his eyes was pure desire for my blood and death. It wanted nothing more than to sink its teeth into my heart and kill me, then my children. It came dangerously close many, many times all because I wouldn't press into a deep relationship with Jesus. Relationship with Christ is all your armor and weapons summed up.
"Not by might, or by power, but by MY SPIRIT!", says the LORD of Hosts!" (Zechariah 4:6)
In that confrontation I moved to my next level of faith. While that Wolf-demon was inches from my face, I had a deep revelation of who Jesus Christ was in all His mighty glory and everlasting majesty. This drooling wolf was a toothless puppy compared to the Almighty Lion of the Tribe of Judah.
I was now seeing the demon from the perspective of Jesus instead of my own perspective. Then with eyes on Jesus, the love of Jesus came into me and the the poison of fear dispersed like a fleeting vapor.
"Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, 'Why couldn’t we drive it out?' He replied, 'Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, "Move from here to there," and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.'” (Matthew 17:19-20)
My faith had penetrated the black fog of fear. I was finally able to grasp that this demon could never defeat JESUS, and I was hidden in Him, and He stood before me in every confrontation. With renewed courage and fearlessness, strength arose and I put my finger right in that demons face and said to it,
"YOU MAY BE STRONGER THAN ME, BUT YOU ARE NOT STRONGER THAN JESUS!!"
The demon took a step backward at that declaration, all the while viciously clawing and biting at me, but not able to touch me.
This step it took backward was much more profound than any step backward it had ever taken in my house. With every step backward this demon lost more ground. With every step backward I took a step forward retaking my ground. With every step of faith I took forward in the mighty name of Jesus the demon lost another foothold.
I rebuked it right into the basement. Again I was disappointed it went to the basement instead of out of the house, but I knew something was different this time, because the battle belonged to JESUS! This would be its last night in my house.
A NEW DAY
The dream transitioned. It was the next day. The Wolf demon came out raging again. The Holy Spirit was with me. The presence of God was strong. This day was different. This day was the day of my deliverance and that of my house. The Holy Spirit spoke to me. He told me that today I would BIND that demon instead of rebuke it.
BINDING THE DEMONS LEGS
"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are divinely powerful, for the pulling down of strongholds!" (2 Corinthians 10:3-4)
Right before it lunged at me again, the Holy Spirit guided me to bind its legs. So I did. I pointed my finger at it and I said, "In the name of Jesus Christ, I bind your legs!" Suddenly a transparent strap-like shackle was slapped upon and wrapped around the demons ankles. It was wrapped once around.
I couldn't find a picture of shackles that could compare to what I saw in the dream. There were no chains in the dream, only TRANSPARENT, smooth shackles.
THE DEMON FELL WITH A CRASH
The raging wolf-demon fell to the ground with a crash. This supernatural, Holy Spirit, Shackle of the Most High God was see-through, flexible, smooth, about three inches wide and half an inch thick. I gave the command and the LORD slapped the shackle on him. He fell. He would never rise again, but he was still in my house.
BINDING THE DEMONS ARMS
It was still very active, though unable to walk. It could still lash at me and my kids with its furious arms and claws and snap at us with its teeth. The Holy Spirit had me bind its arms next. I pointed at the demon, which was still very dangerous and commanded, "In the name of Jesus Christ, I command your arms to be bound!" Again, the same transparent, supernatural shackle was slapped upon and wrapped around the wrists of this demon. It then fell upon its side and could not move. These were not normal bonds. These were bonds of the LORD and they caused the demon to be almost paralyzed from the neck down. It was bound to the ground, but not cast out.
BINDING THE DEMONS MOUTH
Although bound, it's mouth was filled with audible curses and it was lashing with its teeth. If my kids were to go near, it could still devour them. The Holy Spirit had me bind its mouth. I pointed at it and said, "I command your mouth to be bound in the name of Jesus Christ!" Immediately a thick transparent band was slapped across its mouth. It could no longer speak or bite.
THREE BONDS IN JESUS NAME
Not only did this third bond prevent the demon from speaking or biting, it caused the demon to be completely bound on my floor. It could do nothing at all but struggled beneath the bonds of the LORD. "A three fold cord is not easily broken!" What had once stalked, hunted and tormented me day and night was now on my floor bound with cords of the Holy Spirit, but it was not cast out.
THREE SETS OF BONDS SIDE BY SIDE
The demon fought hard against the bonds and was beginning to struggle lose. One set of these bonds were not enough for this wicked spirit, neither were two sets, but God led me to bind that demon THREE times in the exact same way. I had to focus on one bond at a time. I had to say every word clearly. I had to apply each bond individually. I could not command a mass binding. Each bond had to be commanded on individually.
"... a threefold cord is not easily broken..." (Ecclesiastes 4:12)
I commanded the demons ankles to be bound in Jesus name. Immediately the exact same transparent shackle was slapped upon his ankles right beside the first one. Then I bound his arms again. A second transparent strap was slapped upon his wrists beside the first. And upon his mouth I commanded in Jesus name a second bond, and one was added the same way. After this second set of bonds, the demon was even more bound, but after a little bit, it began to attempt to struggle loose. The Holy Spirit led me to do a third set. I did it all the same way.
THREE TIMES THREE... EACH BOND WAS TRIPLED
After a while the wolf demon began to struggle under those bonds. It would struggle and fight and never give up until it was lose. It must be utterly bound. Many times we bind something and just because it feels good for a while and we feel free for a little bit, we think it's finished, but we don't realize that we have more work to do. A demon can be bound, but not cast out. It can break those bonds in time if it's not completely and correctly bound then cast completely out of the house. The demon was still on my floor. It was not cast out and it was fighting the bonds and would soon break free to continue the mission it was on against me.
The Holy Spirit had me bind this evil creature over and over and over again. Every time it had to be specific and in the name of Jesus Christ. On the demons ankles there were three transparent bonds side by side. The Holy Spirit had me command two more bonds to each one, so that there would be three sets of three bonds on the demons legs. When I did this, it's legs were utterly and forever bound. The Holy Spirit had me do the exact same thing to the demons arms. Again, each time had to be a precise and specific command in the name of Jesus Christ. It took time and patience. When I was finished, there were three sets of three bonds on the demons wrists. The demons arms were utterly and forever bound. The mouth had been utterly bound at three bonds.
THE WOLF DEMON WAS CAST OUT FOREVER !
So now this demon was utterly bound. It stopped moving on my floor. It laid there as if it were completely dead. Everything about this demon was dead-like and bound. Then it was cast out of my house by God Himself. Right before my eyes the demon dissolved, faded away and completely disappeared. It was finally GONE!
TIME TO CLEAN THE HOUSE
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
"Christ loves the church and gave Himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the Word..." (Ephesians 5:26)
After this, the Holy Spirit had me look to my house. It was time to get it cleaned, sealed and in order. The atmosphere was still filled with fear. The walls were still dark, brittle and dilapidated. The house was still not guarded. There were many openings by which the enemy could come back in. The door and windows were not locked, and there were many cracks and crannies in my walls. The Lord had me seal up every single opening in my house.
"But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." (1 John 1:7)
SHUT ALL THE OPENINGS IN JESUS NAME
"When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it goes through dry places seeking rest and finds none. Then it says, 'I will return to the house I left.' When it arrives it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. So the final condition of that person is worse than at first." (Matthew 12:43-45)
I started with the doors. In the same way that I had commanded bonds on the demon in the name of Jesus, the Lord had me bind up the openings of my entire house. I went to every opening, one at a time, from biggest to smallest (doors, windows, cracks) and bound them up in Jesus name. I now had a loved one helping me do this. The same type of spiritual transparent material was slapped on my door. A shield of the Lord that could not be penetrated. All the openings were then coated with this thick transparent protection.
My house began to slowly recover and heal. The fear began to leave and the atmosphere began to change. I WOKE UP at that point.
"Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy... (Luke 10:19)
"Therefore, submit yourselves to God, resist the devil...
and he WILL flee from you. (James 4:7)
"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles (deceitful cunning trickery) of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:11-12)
"... and no wonder, for Satan himself disguises himself as an angel of light." (2 Corinthians 11:14)
"Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of WOLVES, be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves." (Matthew 10:16)
"No one can enter a strong man's house & plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man... THEN INDEED, HE MAY PLUNDER HIS HOUSE." (Mark 3:27)
"The Thief comes to STEAL, KILL & DESTROY!" (John 10:10)
